Dispatch times

Orders confirmed on WhatsApp before 2pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2pm, or over a weekend, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery timeframes

• • Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 24–48 hours
• • Other towns and outlying areas: 2–4 business days
• • In-store collection: available same day, by appointment

Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. Our team will confirm the exact fee, if any, when you place your order on WhatsApp — there are never hidden charges added later.
